Terms & Conditions
• Guests need to mandatorily produce Govt issued ID Cards (Passport / Aadhaar / Voter Id / Driving License) to the hotel at the time of checking in. PAN Card is not accepted as ID proof,
• Guest list with Govt Issued ID Cards (other than PAN card) needs to be furnished on or before check in date otherwise safari bookings cannot be guaranteed,
• Safari once booked cannot be revised. Additions / deletions / name changes are not permitted,
• Music will be allowed only till 10.30 p.m and no extensions will be entertained,
• The special rates for rooms, food and beverage are based on materialization of a minimum guarantee of 50 rooms & 100 guests. If the room count & head count reduces the rates will be revised,
• Standard check in time is 14:00 hrs and check out is 11:00 hrs. Early check in and late check-out are subject to availability and will attract extra charges,
• Costs accruing for in-room dining, consumption from minibar will be settled by the guests,
• Any damage to property, vehicles or lives will be solely Client’s responsibility,
• Guest behavior and conduct during the stay will be solely Client’s responsibility. Any guest found to be inebriated, or posing a risk to peace and harmony in the premises will not be served liquor and the hotel reserves the right to take disciplinary action including eviction from the property if required for unruly guests,
• Fireworks or incendiary devices are not permitted in the hotel and public areas.
