We had confirmed with the chef during lunch that a different chicken dish would be offered in the evening. However, we received the same chicken dish for dinner. Although this was a small oversight, I believe addressing it could enhance the overall dining experience, Despite this minor hiccup, the quality of service and the warmth of your staff made our visit truly memorable

Rooms are big, comfortable and with all amenitirs. Food and service need to be specially mentioned. I was impressed not with the regular question, "how is the food, sir?" but with the, "do you need anything?". They actually pointed me to an elderly foreign couple and told me that, less spicy food dishes was prepared on order for them and they can do the same to me. That is touching especially afte they have a good buffet spread. Highly recommend. It took exactly 2 hours from Nagpur airport by road.

As soon as we stepped into the property, we felt the calm and tranquil atmosphere that surrounds it. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. We stayed in both wada and luxury tents and I personally liked the wada more. The hotel's restaurant served a variety of authentic local cuisine that delighted our taste buds. The staff was courteous and attentive and they went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable dining experience. The swimming pool, Jacuzzi was clean and well-maintained and we had some fun times there. The safari was booked by the Hotel and safari jeeps were sent on time. Special thanks to Hemant, Biswajit, Kapil, Raju , Vikas and all the other staff members who ensured we had a enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend Mayur The Karma Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.
