Pench National Park is home to over 285 species of resident and migratory birds such as the Malabar Pied Hornbill, Grey-headed Fishing Eagle, Indian Pitta, Osprey, White-eyed Buzzard, and many more. In winter migratory waterfowl including Brahmini Ducks, Pochards, Bar-headed Geese, etc visit the Pench reservoirs.

Bird watching activity is organized in the Private Eco Park as well as the Khoka lake. Khoka Lake is just a few km from the resort and offers regular bird-watching activities that are led by experienced guides.

or the adventure junkie within you who wants to experience nature close at hand, nature trails are the best option. It offers you a chance to focus on the inhabitants like birds, insects, and other smaller animals.

With numerous flora and fauna, you can encounter the beauty of the natural surroundings on the nature trail. Accompanied by naturalists who are expert trackers, get a close understanding of nature and animal behavior. Usually a 3-4 km walk, the nature trail spans around 1-2 hours in the buffer area of the national park.
